Access to and use of the bbclup platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:
To access bbclup's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8. Where multiple Accounts are identified, bbclup reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void all Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated through Bonus Funds.
bbclup is required to verify the identity of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You will be required to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify bbclup's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Your use of the bbclup platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:
bbclup accepts deposits via the following payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally feasible. Standard withdrawal processing times are 2–4 hours for verified Accounts using Malaysian bank accounts. Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets may take longer subject to network conditions. bbclup reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits are set out in the Platform's banking information section and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal limits may differ between player tiers in the bbclup Loyalty Programme.
The primary operating currency of bbclup is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where deposits are made in other currencies, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. bbclup is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred.
bbclup offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of claiming the promotion. For example, a wagering requirement of 35x on a RM200 bonus means that a total of RM7,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following default contribution rates apply:
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically.
bbclup actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts, exploiting low-margin games to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or using coordinated betting strategies to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, bbclup reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bbclup platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
bbclup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, identification of multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, or at the Account Holder's own request.
In the event of Account suspension due to suspected fraudulent activity or Prohibited Conduct, bbclup reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Funds may be forfeited where misconduct is confirmed. Where Account closure is initiated by the Player and no misconduct is involved, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account, including those seeking self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons, may do so by contacting the bbclup support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.
All content on the bbclup platform — including but not limited to the bbclup brand name, logo, software, user interface design, graphics, text, data, and game content — is the intellectual property of bbclup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Intellectual Property of bbclup beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as described herein.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bbclup platform without prior written authorisation from bbclup.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbclup and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
bbclup does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, bbclup reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account. This constitutes bbclup's full and complete liability in such circumstances.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local law provisions that cannot be contractually excluded.
bbclup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the bbclup platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.
